Terms and Conditions – #AycaMoments Contest
Organizer
The contest is organized by Çağla Ay, operator of the online shop www.aycadress.de, Beckeradsdelle 76, 45897 Gelsenkirchen, Germany.
1. Participation – #AycaMoments
All natural persons aged 18 and over with a residence in the European Union are eligible to participate.
Participation is by posting a photo or video on Instagram or TikTok featuring an Ayça Dress.
Requirements:
- The post must be published on a public profile
- The page @aycadress.de must be tagged in the post
- The hashtag #AycaMoments must be included in the post
2. Participation Period
The contest runs continuously. Each month, a winner will be chosen by random draw.
The entry deadline is the last calendar day of each month at 11:59 PM.
Entries received after this time will automatically participate in the following month, provided they meet the terms and conditions.
3. Prize
A personalized shopping voucher worth €50 for the online shop www.aycadress.de will be raffled off monthly.
The voucher is valid for 1 year, is non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Terms and Conditions – Instagram Giveaway
4. Participation – Instagram Giveaway
All natural persons aged 18 and over with a residence in the European Union are eligible to participate.
Participation is through the following actions under the corresponding Instagram giveaway post:
- Tagging at least two people in a comment below the post
- Sharing the post in your Instagram Story
- Liking the post
5. Participation Period
The respective giveaway runs for the period specified in the corresponding Instagram post.
6. Prize
The prize (e.g., shopping voucher or product) will be announced in the respective Instagram post.
7. Winner Determination & Notification
The winner will be determined by random draw within 5 working days after the end of the participation period and notified via direct message on Instagram.
If no response is received within 7 days, the claim to the prize will expire.
8. General Legal Information for Both Contests
Data Protection
For the execution of the contests, personal data such as first name, last name, email address, and social media username will be processed. The data will be used exclusively for the processing of the contests and will not be passed on to third parties, unless this is necessary for execution.
Winners will only be contacted via direct message on Instagram or TikTok. No storage or transfer to external servers or services will take place.
Publication of Posts
Publication of user posts on the website, social media, or in advertising materials will only occur with the explicit written consent of the participant.
Disclaimer & Platform Notice
The contests are not affiliated with Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok and are in no way sponsored, endorsed, or organized by them. The contact person and sole responsible party is Ayça Dress.
Legal Recourse and Cash Payment
Legal recourse is excluded. Cash payment of prizes is not possible.
Modification or Termination
The organizer reserves the right to change or prematurely terminate the contests at any time without prior notice.
Declaration of Consent
By participating in one of the two contests, the participant agrees to the respective terms and conditions of participation as well as these legal notices.
