1. Shipping Policy

We deliver within Germany and to selected EU countries. Delivery time is usually 2–4 business days. Shipping is handled by DHL. Shipping costs are a flat rate of €5.99 (DE). For shipping costs to other EU countries and the United Kingdom (UK), please refer to the overview on our Shipping & Returns page.

2. Payment Policy

The following payment methods are available: PayPal, Klarna, credit card, instant transfer, and advance payment. If you choose advance payment, shipping will occur after receipt of payment.

3. Return and Withdrawal Policy

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving any reason (pursuant to § 355 BGB). The costs for the return shipment are borne by the customer. Further information can be found in our Withdrawal Policy.

4. Data Protection Policy

The protection of your data is important to us. Your personal data will only be used for processing your order and will not be passed on to third parties. Details can be found in our Privacy Policy.

5. Exchange / Complaints

Complaints about damaged or faulty items:
If an item is damaged or incorrectly delivered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Voluntary Exchange Service:
In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal (§ 355 BGB), as part of our voluntary customer service, we offer the option to exchange a dress within 14 days of receipt:

  • for another available size or
  • for another model from our current assortment

Alternatively, we are happy to issue you a voucher for the purchase price. This voucher is valid for 12 months.

Conditions for exchange:

  • The dress is in perfect, unworn original condition.
  • Labels, tags, and original packaging are complete and undamaged.
  • The product has not been washed, worn, or altered.
  • It shows no odors, make-up residues, stains, or other signs of use.

Important notes:

  • The costs for return shipping and re-shipping are borne by the customer.
  • If the returned goods do not meet the stated requirements, we reserve the right to refuse the exchange.
